Test Results

Routine blood tests are usually available after 2-3 days but x-rays may take 7-14 days.

Please phone or call in for results between 11am and 2pm.

Phlebotomists (Blood Taking)

We have a phlebotomist for patients who are unable to get to a local hospital.

Welling Medical Practice - Every Friday 12.00noon - 12.30pm

Holly House Surgery - Every Thursday 12.00noon - 12.30pm

Recall System

We will now be using the month you were born in, or as near as possible, as the time we call you in for any tests and reviews you may be due. We hope to call you in only once to the Practice making it more convenient to you. Of course there will be times when we will need to ask you to come in again but we will endeavour to keep these to a minimum wherever possible.

This year, you may find that we call you in a little earlier or later than you expect until we get our new system fully underway and we hope that we have your support and understanding. 

We will attach any blood forms, letters or messages to your prescription when you come in to collect it. The reception staff will make you an appointment where possible. If we are unable to do so at that time or another person is collecting your prescription, you will have all the information you need to make your own appointments when you receive your prescription. All we ask of you is that you have all your tests and reviews completed before you present your next prescription re-order, this usually gives you 2 months.
